Making Your 3 Char ID
1. Run the list through a good deactivation scanner
2. Store the deactivated ID list in a file
3. Yahoo releases deactivated IDs after 3 to 6 months
4. Run the file through a availability scanner every day
5. Sooner or later you will find a 3-ch Id that has been released and is available for making
